Downtown Market Square in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is beginning to look a lot like Vintage Christmas ! The wreaths are beautifully and meticulously displayed on the lampposts and the town tree is standing with all of her Christmas magic ! All ages love and adore downtown Portsmouth this time of year. Full of small bakeries and little locally family owned shops, it is the picture perfect place that makes you feel like you are living in a postcard.
Our Annual Christmas Parade is Saturday, December 1st. The tree lighting begins promptly at 5:30 pm and the parade will begin at 6:00 pm. This tradition is fun for kids of all ages.

It’s a picture – postcard winter wonderland that boasts of ice-skating, dining, shopping and a trip back in time with colonial history and beloved holiday musicals, orchestra’s and favorites.
