Right now I see on our New Hampshire Maine Real Estate website that there are 52 single family homes and condos for sale in the Little Harbor area ranging in price from $220,000 to $1,250,000. With that large a price spread there is a home for all tastes and budgets.

Little Harbor also has some beautiful, ‘tucked away’ spots to enjoy the outdoors. Little Harbor Road is one of my favorites. In just a mile you see Little Harbor Chapel, The Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion, home to the British Colonial Governor of New Hampshire, and Creek Farm, a 30 acre nature conservancy area owned by The Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests and open for public use.
So if a new Portsmouth home is in your family’s future I recommend taking a look at the Little Harbor area.
