New Hampshire may be reopening retail stores, salons, and golf courses, but social distancing remains extremely important. And our Virtual Home Selling Program makes it easier than ever to achieve your real estate goals… while keeping yourself and those around you safe. Here’s what you need to know about selling on the Seacoast these days.
Your Real Estate Goals Are Possible with Virtual Home Selling
When businesses started to shut down earlier this year, many would-be home sellers began to wonder if they’d have to shut down their home-selling goals, too. But for many sellers, this isn’t an option—so we stepped in with our Virtual Home Selling Program to ensure we could continue to help you from a distance.
Here’s how this at-any-distance program works for YOU.
We discuss your goals… virtually
Before the pandemic, we sat down to meet with each and every client to discuss goals and ensure we understood your expectations, needs, and wants. Nowadays, we still have that same meeting—we just do it virtually via Zoom or phone instead of in the office.
We value your home
Once you tell us about your home, we’ll start our research. Our online Comparative Market Analysis delves into a variety of hyperlocal market data, like current and pending sales and recently closed transactions, to determine how your home compares to others in the area.
You sign virtually
We use an electronic signature platform called Dotloop to ensure that you can sign all necessary paperwork online—safely and securely. We’ll explain all the forms and signatures required of you and help you prepare them.
We craft a virtual marketing plan
Now more than ever, getting your home noticed by online shoppers is crucial for a speedy and successful sale. That’s why we start with professional photography that showcases your home’s best features—in the best light. We’ll then market your home across hundreds of online platforms and various social media sites.
Our showings are clean & safe
While we try to encourage buyers to shop and tour online as much as possible, we understand that often, serious buyers really want an in-person look before making a decision. And, with your permission, we want to make that happen as safely as possible for all parties involved. We provide sanitizing products to buyers and agents to use before entering your home, and we’ll limit the number of people who enter at any given time.
We negotiate on your behalf
Our socially distanced negotiations don’t differ much from our everyday negotiations—either way, we’ll put our years of experience and training to work for you to ensure that you’re getting the best deal and terms possible. We’ll continue to monitor your transaction throughout the due diligence period and advise you throughout the process.
Even the closing is safe & socially distanced
We’ll work with you to ensure the sale is closed safely and securely, and with minimal face-to-face contact. If requested, our title company can arrange for you to close at a remote location from their offices.
And after that… you can tell your friends and relatives that you sold your home (during a pandemic!) and are ready to move on to the next adventure.
Our plan is customizable
One of the best parts of our plan is that it’s totally customizable to fit your wants and needs. Prefer to meet in person? Need to sign by hand? We can tailor the program to your unique situation.
