Once an offer is received, we’ll put our years of negotiation experience and training at work for you. We’ll continue to monitor your transaction through any due diligence periods and continue to negotiate and advise you during this period.
Your closing will be conducted safely and securely, with minimum contact with others. If requested, our title company can arrange for you to close at a remote location from their offices.
