The Portsmouth Farmers’ Market Is Coming Soon!

Every year, the Portsmouth Farmers’ Market brings farmers, crafters, growers, makers, and buyers together over fresh, local, and handmade foods and products… and the Spring 2020 season is getting close to opening day!

The Portsmouth Farmers’ Market Is All About Fresh & Local

Since 1977, the Seacoast Growers Association has provided a home for fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and other home-grown and homemade products. Today, the SGA oversees over 100 vendors across several local markets.

Everyone’s a local

All vendors in the Market are located in Rockingham, Strafford, or York (Maine) counties—so everything’s fresh and local. All vendors are also periodically audited to ensure that all wares are locally grown, raised, or crafted.

There are a huge variety of vendors

What will you find at the Portsmouth Farmers’ Market? The better question might be: what won’t you find?—there’s something for everyone here! Vendors include farmers and orchardists, crafters and artisans, chefs and bakers, jewelers, anglers, silversmiths, designers… and so much more.
